<\/p>\nLocated just next to the listed maternity building within the Lagan Valley Hospital complex, the Lisburn Primary & Community Care Centre is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, comprising a 4-storey building which accommodates 6 GP practices, diagnostic imaging, physiotherapy, adult and children\u2019s mental health services, pharmacy, allied health services and administration for outreach services.<\/p>\n

Architect:<\/strong> Scott Tallon Walker<\/p>\n Contractor<\/strong>: O\u2019Hare & McGovern<\/p>\n \u201cWe were pleased to be involved in this project from a very early stage, partnering with main Contractor O\u2019Hare & McGovern and Architects Scott Tallon Walker to deliver this extensive project on time in tune with a strict design brief\u201d, says Tony Campbell, who managed this project on behalf of Elite Doors and KCC Group with Cathal O\u2019Hare, OHMG.<\/p>\n \u201cWe were chosen because of our understanding of projects of this complexity and scale and our ability to co-ordinate phased deliveries and installations in line with the client\u2019s needs\u201d, advises Tony.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n We worked closely with our parent company KCC Group and the main design team in OHMG from initial design and specification stage leveraging KCC\u2019s 360 strategy approach in order to create a high performance timber doorset with integrated access control and ironmongery solution for a healthcare project of this magnitude. We were in constant communication with the design and site teams to orchestrate a phased delivery and installation program in 2021.<\/p>\n We delivered a full suite of fully certified timber doorsets for the entire project, which were manufactured specifically to meet the projects performance criteria and requirements at our manufacturing facility in Mallusk, Antrim. A variety of door styles and finishes were required across the building, giving consideration to the inclusion of vision panels, surrounding screens, fanlights, fire-rating and acoustic insulation requirements, depending on the intended use and location of each doorset.<\/p>\n![\"Elite](\"https:\/\/elitedoors.thekccgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/AUTOMA1-1024x682.jpg\")
